2014 Lagoon 450
************* Lagoon 450 F Custom Catamaran **********
This custom designed, never chartered, Lagoon 450 F Custom built catamaran is currently located in Florida, and has had a number of updates in 20/21 making her one of the best on the market for this price.
This is a Lagoon 450 F Custom Owners Version, which includes the much sort after Flybridge,
unlike the S (sport) version which is a low cost, and less popular, design.
The owner worked directly with Lagoon to build this specific model and spared no expense,
investing over $1 million to ensure that this specific Lagoon 450 met all the demands
a large catamaran owner would require, and further invested in the recent updates to keep her in top condition.

WATCH THE LAGOON 450 VIDEO INCLUDED IN THE PHOTO SECTION - OR LOOK UP "LAGOON 450HD" DIRECTLY ON YOUTUBE.
As the video shows, the Lagoon 450 is extremely well designed and laid out.
As is typical on these catamarans, the large saloon offers panoramic views with a coffee table that can be changed out with the dining table with seating for up to 6.
The galley is in the main saloon to starboard with direct access to the cockpit through a sliding window. There is a pop-up TV located in the saloon.
3 Cabins for owners and guests with private head and showers with 6' 9" headroom,
providing sleeping quarters for 6
Plus 2 extra bow crew cabins for 2 crew, windowed and installed during fabrication.
Bose speakers installed inside.
The twin Yanmar 54 hp engines are hardly broken in with less than 200 hours per engine,
but then this boat has NEVER BEEN CHARTERED, so compared to those catamarans
that have been chartered, the wear and tear on these Yanmars (and the rest of the boat) is minimal.
Large capacity Thermoline reverse osmosis watermaker produces 39 gallons
of pure water an hour.
Upgraded Raymarine Navigation System installed/replaced in 2021
The high-tech steering station on the flybridge is accessible
from both sides of the cockpit, with excellent visibility and easy-to-reach controls. The auto-pilot
can be operated from inside.
The innovative forward cockpit is a delightful option for refreshments with amazing views.
Aft, the custom extended Lagoon (tm) Bimini over the large cockpit has side panels and folding door. When completely enclosed, this protected living space can be heated or air conditioned, perfect for entertaining in all types of weather. This custom designed Bimini use Sunbrella materials and covers from the Flybridge to the stern cockpit with rail attachment, not snap on. This alone was a $25,000 addition.
In summary, if you are looking for a catamaran, with low usage compared to others on the market, you should give this one a serious look.
