JUST REDUCED - SELLER NOW HAS TWO BOATS

HE DOESN'T WANT TWO BOATS

This 2004 Hunter 44 is located in Southern Massachusetts

The 2004 Hunter 44 is designed like many Hunters for easy short handed sailing, and comfortable cruising.

Both the main and jib furl. The main furls into the mast. The combination makes
it possible to take care of all the sail trim from inside the cockpit.

She comes with Bimini and full enclosure, and even with the full enclosure, you
can still take care of the sails while under cover.

Down below theĀ  Hunter 44 has a very comfortable layout providing a large
aft cabin, with private entrance to the head, and a nice forward cabin with
head and shower right next to that.

The Yanmar engine is easily accessible under the companionway while the generator
is conveniently placed under the nav station seat. Both have around 650 hours on them.

The galley has a 3 burner stove, double sink, and multiple refrigerators and ice box
along with plenty of counter space.

Forward of the galley to port is the sizeable dinette with seating for at least 6. The dinette
converts to a double berth for yet more sleeping quarters. There's another seating area
to starboard.

This is a very well laid out boat and ready for the new owner.

Manufacturer Provided Description
The 44 Aft Cockpit Cruiser shares the same performance hull with the 44 Deck Saloon, but comes in a lower profile. The boat was drawn by noted designer Glenn Henderson and sports some rather intricate features not usually found on cruising boats of this size. First is a "Bow Hollow", which increases the flow of water in the forward sections and increases hull speed. Second is a "Stern Reflex", which allows a flatter exit wake and less turbulence. This also increases performance. Hunter has learned much from the recent IOR boats and has incorporated some into cruising boats to enhance their performance without sacrificing comfort and the ease of sailing. The 44 Aft Cockpit offers superior amenities and comfort. A unique forward stateroom layout featuring a Pullman style double berth provides plenty of space and storage. The salon is full beam and allows for entertaining and dining in grand style. Aft, is the master stateroom, which is enhanced by carrying the wide beam well aft. Inner spring mattresses are standard and the finely finished teak interior and cabinetry are first-class.
