• Bottom: Solid fiberglass. No signs of cracks. In very good condition. The moisture meter noted a very dry bottom indicating no water seepage within the hull or bilge.
• Topsides: Full fiberglass topsides. Very good condition
• Stem is solid fiberglass in very good condition

• Floor timbers made of Fiberglass in like new condition where observed and very dry. • Fastenings: All stainless fastenings throughout the Vessel where required.
• Deck Beams: All fiberglass throughout in excellent condition
• Main Deck: Molded fiberglass with non-skid surface. In very good condition.

• Keel: Iron keel bolted to hull with 8 stainless bolts (2009). There was no sign of keel drop from the underside of the bottom.
• Cabintop/Superstructure: Molded fiberglass over balsa core. Excellent condition. Spars and Rigging

• Mast: Aluminum spar in very good condition. It has been stepped after winter cover was taken off. Mast is deck-stepped and is properly mounted and set up with port and starboard shrouds and head stay. All are of stainless steel and in like new condition.
• Boom: Aluminum boom is in very good condition

• Back Stays: Stainless steel through-bolted on deck to strong back bulkheads and are in very good condition visible from below deck on the overhead, port and starboard.
• Main sheet traveler is in good condition
• Running Rigging: Not installed at this time, however, it was observed to be in like new condition made of Polyester yacht braid. There is a second set of running rigging stored with older spars.

Sails
• All sails are in like new condition: Main, Jib and Reacher (small spinnaker). Located in the forward berth in three separate sail bags.
• Sail covers were not found aboard.
• The general condition of the sails is excellent and like new.

Navigation Equipment
The Vessel’s navigation systems are minimal as she is set up for day and overnight sailing for near coastal cruising 12 miles from safe harbor of refuge. The inventory includes:
• Radio: Ray 45 Raytheon VHF

• Anchor Light: Tested OK
• Running Lights: Not tested. Battery not hooked up

Safety Equipment

• Lifelines are high grade stainless steel in very good condition. They run from bow pulpit to the stern, port and starboard, and are proper height.

Cockpit
• Two large lockers (lazarettes) beneath the seats, port and starboard • Tool box
• Docking lines and spares

Accommodations
The vessel sleeps a maximum of 5 people in accommodations below: Two in a forward V-berth and two in the modified settee on the port side and one on the starboard side berth in the main saloon. There is a port-a-pottie on the port side opposite a hanging locker with doors that close on either side for privacy. The galley is set up for day sails and overnight cruises. There is no stove, but the nav station table can be utilized for a portable stove. The stainless sink is located on the port side, with stainless sink and hand operated water faucet. There is storage in the cabinet beneath the sink for utensils, plates, cups, etc. A cooler / ice box is stored beneath the companionway step.
The main saloon and head have new curtains over the deadlights (windows that don’t open). A table on the port side with two seats can be converted into a double berth. On the starboard side is a full-length berth and navigation station. There is additional storage beneath the berths and there are shelves above that are attractively trimmed with wood. The area below deck is clean, neat and well-ventilated. Over the forward V-berth, there is a deck hatch for ventilation.

Tankage

• One self-contained portable head (Sani-Pottie)

Bilge
• Very clean and very dry. No sign of any dampness. Good condition • One Whale Gusher manual bilge pump in cockpit. Good condition.

Electric System
• Standard marine rated copper wiring
• Switchboard on starboard side in saloon area.
• No circuit breakers - Fuses for electric house lights
• Aerials – UHF antenna at head of mast
• Electric is properly grounded to keel
• Battery is located in proper box in starboard cockpit locker (new replacement battery is currently stored in main saloon)
• Outboard alternator is used to charge battery.
